Coordinating Centre

The DiMI management team - located in Cologne (Partner 1) - was responsible for the overall legal, contractual, ethical, and financial tasks as well as for internal and external communication and knowledge transfer. In detail:

  • Management issues: workflow/scheduling, communication between consortium and commission, control procedure, changes, conflicts, reporting
  • Contractual issues: monitoring of execution of deliverables and milestones (annual reviews, mid-term review, final review)
  • Financial issues: audit certificates and European commission's audits, costs justification management, summary certified statement, payments and distribution of money within consortium
  • Political issues: exploitation, links to education, science and society, gender equality, ethics, safety, SMEs participation
  • Communication: implementation and maintenance of the DiMI website, quarterly DiMI newsletter, update of DiMI publication database, organisation of meetings, trainings, and schools, links to related projects, societies, and industry
