Work package 16

Fourteen DiMI partner institutions from nine countries (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, The Netherlands and United Kingdom) are involved in the different research activities of this work package.

Leader of the WP is Andreas Jacobs from the University Hospital of Cologne, (Cologne, Germany).

The administrative management board will be responsible for the overall legal, contractual, ethical, financial tasks as well as for the following management tasks:

• Management issues: Workflow/scheduling, communications between partners/commission, control procedure, changes, conflicts, reporting
  
  
• Contractual issues: Monitoring of execution of deliverables and milestones (annual reviews, final review)
  
  
• Financial issues: Audit certificates and European commission’s audits, costs justification management, summary certified statement, payments and distribution of money within consortium
  
  
• Political issues: Exploitation, links to education, science and society; gender equality, ethics, safety, SMEs participation, sustainability
